Engineering

Engineering helps me to grow creatively and analytically while also allowing me to serve the general welfare of the public. It allows me to see the economical, sociological and political facets of our world and how they interact with one another. Below is a list of some of the projects I've had the pleasure of working on.

Ellipse Tower (Newport) - Winter 2016

Dresdner Robin - Jersey City, NJ

Responsible for the stormwater design and construction oversight for the purposes of Soil Erosion and NJDEP permitting.  Situated adjacent to the Hudson River, the proposed tower will be 43 stories and overlooking Midtown Manhattan and the lower west sides.

Interstate Development - Spring 2014

Duffy, Dolcy, McManus & Roesch - Absecon, NJ

Responsible for the site and grading design of two wooded lots on the White Horse Pike in Absecon. The proposed condition is intended to serve a Pep Boys and a restaurant / retail space, utilizing an immense underground storage facility and two outlet structures for the stormwater design.

Cape May ADA Beach Project - Spring 2010

Mott Associates - Cape May, NJ

Designed ADA compliant ramps for the Cape May Promenade, as well as beach access ramps at several intersections along Beach Avenue. Also, acted as Construction Manager for the Road Program, which involved replacement of several of hundreds of feet of utilities along Ohio and Maryland Avenues.
